Well, yeah, but that’s not what I’m talking about.
Mur Lafferty, host of the award winning podcast for writers, I Should Be Writing, and savvy observer of the field decided to interview me in spite of her inherent savvy and good sense.
The result is up at I Should Be Writing.
Thanks, Mur. It was fun.
Spoiler: Interview starts at [Article 37] minutes.
Downloaded. Mur’s another familiar voice to me, I listen to Escape Pod where she’s the editor, and does plenty of voicework over there too. Good stuff on those podcasts, it helps bridge the gap between your stories… sometimes. :)
Nate – Enjoyed the interview. Good hearing about your approach, likewise about some of your upcoming plans.
For purely selfish reasons, good to hear you are able to make a living at this. That means more great Stories for us/me.

Just subscribed to this podcast. I hadn’t heard of it before. You are now #2 on Amazon’s Space Opera list. :)
This round table episode was soooooo good! Lots for us Nathan Lowell fans to learn & enjoy :)
I thought you hit on an excellent point when you mentioned “Look at what others are doing wrong – and then DON’T DO THAT!”
Of course, that you’re doing better than Space Opera Porn is pretty amazing, too!
Over 900,000 words in 4 years. Gabby, aren’t you!
The amazing thing is Nate still has his voice. Nate, your voice is a big part of why I find listening to your books so enjoyable.
@Jamey
Did you every think that you would use the phrase “Better than Space Opera Porn” in a meaning conversation? Now I have got to try to work that into a conversation in the near future… :)
You know, that *IS* a spread-worthy comment… “It’s no Owner’s Share, but it’s better than Space Opera Porn.”
@Jamey
Now THAT is a tee shirt slogan if I ever heard one! Excellent!
@Alex
I second that motion.
