I've been to several websites lately that feature solid plack backgrounds with bright white text. I know this is a new-age style preference, but it makes me get "blinds" in my vision - which can be bad if you're primary job is in graphics and you have to be able to see color and line accurately. I've come to appreciate how you've kept your website dark gray/light gray instead of black/white. It much easier on the eyes. :)

Hi Nathan, I am working in China for two months away from the family in England. I have all but Owners share on my ipod and they have helped me cope with being away from my home orbital. Love the stories and you have such a good reading voice. the story comes alive when you read them. Keep them coming I will be looking out for the books when I get back to the UK.

Just wanted to let you know that I downloaded Quarter Share for my Kindle. Despite being an old fogey, I enjoyed it very much. Reminded me of Heinlein's juveniles that I enjoyed so very much when I was I kid. Looking forward the next books for Kindle.
Thank you very much.

Nate, you are AWESOME. I've said this before, but it bears repeating. I don't know How you make a space opera without even a single combat, and made it so wonderfully interesting... Just bought a copy of Quarter Share, and I intend to buy each one as it comes out. Thanks again.

I LOVE these books. Found them on podiobooks in the iTunes store, and I downloaded the whole series. Unfortunately, most of the time when I do that, I end up hating almost every book I've downloaded, because either the book isn't what I'm interested in, or the reader has a very monotone way of reading it. In this case, I love the voices you do, and even when you're not doing a different voice, it's easy to tell which character is speaking. Also, normally I wouldn't care for books like these, because I've never been much for futuristic books or first-person narrative, but you've definitely changed my mind a bit.

Actually, right now I'm finishing up Half Share with a cup of tea before I move on to Full Share :P

May I download your podiobooks and burn them onto cd's for my friends that are overseas in Iraq? I love your work and enjoy listening to your story. I know what little time my friends have on the computer, max 30 minutes a day. I know they would enjoy your story but they would not use there little amount of time on the computer to listen and download. I thank you for the wonderful images you give me.

The final Share book - Owner's Share - should be out later this year.

Yes, we'll be printing limited edition hard covers and we'll ship them anywhere in the world. :)

As for getting them together? That's not very likely but one never knows.

There *will* be other stories in the Trader's Tales beyond the Share series ... I'm just not sure what they'll be yet.

Nathan,
I expect movies from you my dear man. The share chronicles would be an awesome name =P.
I love your tone of voice, your way with words, the details of you stories and the overall world you created with shocking realism. I just recently found the Share series on podiobooks but after just finishing double share it pains me to know that captains share is at current time the last doses of Ishmael Horatio Wang. As a young boy myself (young as in no credit card =p ) how would I be able to get the share series (signed would be heart stopping, air grasping wickedly awesome) shipped overseas? I read somewhere you where thinking about printing 100 or so books and I want in on that deal =) if I can still off course. If not standard hardcover will do.
I just want a tangible feel on Ish his world. Also would you mind if I take this opportunity to plant a thought in your head about making novels about Pips adventures and Brill and bevs off course. Oh and make a finalizing book where they all get together as captains and reminisce the good old days. Ah the seed is planted ^^. You probably thought it yourself but a boys got be sure =D
Nathan in recap: I adore your books and I will advertise them every game/forum/friend I visit. I hope you never run out of stories to tell as I will be searching the world over for your stories.

sincerely Niels
