Thanks, Nathan, for explaining that the accident that killed Ish’s mother was just an accident. Having worked in the food industry, it was hard for me to imagine that the company wouldn’t give Ish the job as a fry cook. My experience is that training consists of here is the fryer; here is the food; okay, start cooking. So I tried to imagine why they wouldn’t give him the job. The fact that they wouldn’t give it to him really illustrates their lack of humanity and compassion.
