Double Share: Status

Well, it’s half past February and Double Share is finally underway.

I’ve hinted at stuff that’s going on but until the contracts are signed, I don’t want to jinx it. Just say, I think you’ll all be pleased with the outcomes, if not the delays those projects have caused.

This weekend was GOING to be the big 20k kickoff weekend, but I overlooked some important RL interflictions here. (Happy Anniversary, Dear and, No, i’m not going to sit here ALL weekend.)

The writing IS progressing, tho, and I’ll keep you posted.

If you’re interested in submitting last minute suggestions for names or logos, now’s the time. I’m not at the point where I need them yet, but … soon.

I suppose I could call myself a graphical designer, even though I’m more or less only active in the web design field nowadays. Anyway, I suppose I could make some logos or something for you. I would just need to know what you had in mind. Do you mean logos for Louis, or some other ship?

  2. Great news about Double Share! And I’m very curious about the “stuff that’s going on” but I’ll say no more to avoid the jinx. :-)

    Thanks for the update, Nathan.

  3. Awesome! – Can’t wait!
    Space Casey is done,
    Playing for Keeps is done…
Nocturnal is about the only “In Progress” book in my feed…. – Plenty of stuff to listen to still…

This is one of the best audiobook series I have listened to online and I have listened to quite a few at my boring job. I have been checking everyday for Double Share to be available. Hopefully soon. Great job Nathan.

    I’m running late, and I won’t publish anything I’m not happy with … :)

Take your time, we love your work and we are willing to wait. Thank you.

I love your work. Second only to JC Hutchins, with Sigler a close third. How do you like that Sigler? I appreciate your style, story, and production. Very well done. I’d like to humbly suggest a ship/ planet/system called Kilroy 2.0, or perhaps (but not as fun) John Alpha. Keep up the good work, just finished Full Share, and now working through South Coast, but I miss Ish, Pip, Bev and Bril.

Hey Nate, It’s been awhile how’s ‘Double’ comming along? I hope there isn’t to much toil and trouble getting in your way due to “real life”

    Hi Nate,

I have now listened to all 4 of your books twice! What is the scoop on Double Share, the last we heard from you was on Feb. 28, 08′. Any updates?

  10. Nate says:

Double Share is “in progress” but I’m not making my normal levels of progress because of a combination of RL work and other exciting stuff in the works.

  11. It has taken a long time for me to let you know just how much of a fan of South Coast I am. I loved every word of it, and i think a lot of that had to to do with the difference in pace between SC and the “Share” books. As much fun as it was to be planetside for a while it is very exciting to hear that you will be sending us out again with Ish and Pip. Speaking of a change of pace have you decided if you are going to write the “Ish and Pip go to school” story? Either way thank you so much for sharing your story and best wishes as you work through Double Share
