   Upgrade now. Immediately. Do not record a session, do not pass go, you don’t get $200. The “worm” that is out there is really and truly ugly, creating a backdoor to your blog and corrupting your database.
   Takes three minutes to upgrade (download, unpack, FTP it to your site).
   If you want to be really smart, disengage all your plug ins before you do (some of us are not that bright….) and back everything up.

   Seriously, do it now. (I know people who got hacked and they say it is really, really ugly. They lost months worth of entries and work).

   And FYI, the update was done in about 20 minutes. So far nothing seems too broken.

   What is the time base for you website? I posted at 7:03 EDT.

   It’s set for MDT at the moment (UTC-6).

   Upgrade was completed on Sep 7, at 0855 (more or less).
