Having worked in the food industry, it was hard for me to imagine that the company wouldn&#039;t give Ish the job as a fry cook. My experience is that training consists of here is the fryer; here is the food; okay, start cooking. So I tried to imagine why they wouldn&#039;t give him the job. The fact that they wouldn&#039;t give it to him really illustrates their lack of humanity and compassion.</description>
